Shipping policy

Shipping should be simple — so here’s the lowdown:

  • FREE Standard Shipping - Australia-wide, if you spend $200 over

  • Flat Rate Shipping, calculated at checkout. 

  • Express Shipping - calculated at checkout. 

  • Straight outta Perth – All orders are packed and shipped from our UTElife. HQ in Perth.

  • How long it takes – Standard shipping usually lands within 8–10 working days to metro areas, while express is generally 3–5 working days. Regional? Give it a little extra time.

 

General: A Few Things to Note 

  • No guarantees on timing – While we’ll do our best, delivery times are only estimates. Delays can happen thanks to things outside our control — think courier hiccups, Christmas madness, transport issues, customs, natural disasters, strikes.

  • Need it by a certain date – Get in touch before you order, and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • Not everywhere is on our map – Unfortunately, we can’t ship to all Aussie addresses. If your spot isn’t serviceable, consider getting your package shipped to a mate in your closest metro area or we’ll fully refund your order. Please contact us on hello@utelife.com to confirm.

Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking details so you can follow its journey.

  • Check it twice – Make sure your address is spot-on, or your parcel might go on an unwanted adventure or fail to be delivered.
